Please add any new CSC I-485 approvals to this thread. Post only approvals to this thread so that it can be used (kind of data/summary tracking) to see recent approvals.

If you see any CSC I-485 approval any where on this board please post it to this thread with all the info (if it is not already posted to this thread). Please follow below guidelines while posting.
1. In the subject line, give it running serial number, member name (that got approved), and the subject line.
2. Entire text of their approval message (cut and paste including headers)
3. Please also provide a Link to that aproval thead/post (it helps a lot in maintaining summary as well as users can goto that thread to ask questions).

Also refrain from any other discussion (apart from just posting CSC I-485 approvals) in this thread so that we can keep it lean.

My labor certification was received sometime in 1999 and I-140 in June, 2001. But I guess nowadays was the time I think I wanted this approval the most. So it is timely in that manner...

As i wite this... the AVM and on line case status ...still say RFE docs recd..

PD: 30th April 2001.

RD: 17th April 2002.

ND: 17th April 2002.

FP: 24th June 2002.

EAD: 28th August 2002.

AP: Not applied.

RFE: 24th April 2003.

RFE reply received by BCIS: 15th May 2003.

AD: 4th June 2003.


I will continue checking out this forum. I will be posting my stamping & plastic card experience once I am done.

Dear All

I got my 485 approved yesterday. I've just seen the online status message. Here are my details:

ND: 11/30/2001
RD: 12/04/2001
RFE Recvd: 04/10/03
RFE Response Sent: 05/22/03
RFE Response Recvd and status changed: 05/28/03
Approved: 06/09/03

The message got changed for me, my wife and my daughter. I am yet to check the AVM and yet to receive any mails from my lawer. I am posting this as soon as I saw the online status.

The RFE was for 2 paystubs, W2 and EVL. As my employer name got changed due to a inter company merger, my lawer has applied for I140 amendment also. He waitied for the receipt of that I140 amendment and sent the RFE response with that receipt.

For the last 1.5 years, I was almost habituating in this site, checking the various messages every 10 min. I had a lot of laughter, shared the agony, painful experiences, depressed expressions, irritations, happiness, thoughtful analysis and what not. I even had few fights too. This forum is one of the most helpful forum for the people who need information the most. I learnt a lot of lessons from this forum and BCIS too. I can not leave this forum just like that. I'll hover around and share my experiences whenever people need any.

My sincere thanks to SillyMan, PCEE, I140TakesForEver, BitterMan, Kashmir,GhostRider, Soumy, Arun Mehtha, FromRep, Keylong, GC and all others who were kind enough to help me and assure me whenever I had queries regarding my cases. I'll never forgot all you guys whom I never met. The efforts of selfless people like SillyMan, PCEE, Kashmir, I140 are great and have no match. I wish them all good luck. Thanks a lot, Thanks a lot.

I'll always support any of your future moves like signature camapaign or funding or whatever it may be.

I was extremely impressed by the spirit of mutual respect, support, and encouragement that permeates this forum. I had a lot of respect for Indian people before, and I have even more now.

He delayed the FP to get married. His wife's 485 is still pending.

Hi All,

Here is how my 485 went through.

I485 was filed on 4/7/2002 and
I was laid off on 4/27/2003.

RFE on 4/22/2003 and three latest pay stubs
and employment letter , w-2 requested.

RFE was answered on 5/6/2003.

485 was approved yesterday on 6/16/2003.

I'd like to post my case because I got helpful info
here and wish you all lucky.
