CSC I-140 to 5/02/2003? amazing

Is it for EB2 only? What about EB3? Is it Jan 2003? And does it matter for concurrent filing?

My I-140 was recieved on 5/2/2003. It is EB2. I almost gave up and planed to check back in September. After read this post, I checked my status online. It was approved on 5/20/2003. :D
God knows how come. One possibility, my case number is WAC-03-162-532xx, which means only 3000s cases have been received since 10/1/2002.
Anyway I am happy now, it makes up a little on the 2 years wasted on LC. Good luck to you guys.

My number is WAC-03-140-542XX and my filing date was 04/02/03. It's not approved yet, but I'm wondering if the
last five digits mean anything. Does anyone know how the
number may be interpreted ?

HI! The WAC numbers are not assigned according to categories, but rather on the order arrived, I guess. For example a WAC02-075-54678 could be a I-140, but a WAC02-075-54679 could be I-90.
 
Yes. You can't find the type of application (I-140 or I-131 etc.) from the WAC number. But there are some information you can find. Like... If the number is WAC-YY-DDD-5NNNN. Then you know WAC is California Service Center. YY is the year (OCT 01, 2002 to Sep 30, 2003 will be "03"). DDD is the working day when the application was recieved. In "5nnnn" 5 is alway common (don't know why. "NNNN" is the application number given on that day.

You guys are right. my WAC is WAC 03 085 5XXXX. I got RFE on April 23(As per website). filed on Jan 21st 2003. RFE not yet answered.

My RD is 4/1/03 (one day earlier than Ozzy), and my receipt # is WAC-139-5XXXX.
 
Hi friends how can we rely on On line Status,My H1 got approved long back,still it is showing as 'under processing'.

MY spouse's EB1-OR was filed on Feb/2003.
Please send me yours online status MSG when approved or got RFE.
