Can some body tell if RFE comes where does it come. I have not heard anything for my I-140/485 as it has been more than two months since teh present processing time. If I call 800-375-5283, do they tell you the status or simply say that eqnuiry has been initiated and you will get reply within 30 days. recently I got the notice for Biometrics for my daughetr. We did it. Does it mean that they are working on our case. When can I hear something.
