CSC I-140 Proceesing Date

I am wondering if the processing date on the BCIS site really mean that they are working on the cases filed on those dates. Does it mean that the cases field before those dates have been finalized?
 
I don't think they are NOT looking into every case filed. My friend
filed on Sept 18 and no news on him. I've couple of friends filed in early
august who are still waiting for 140. Keep your fingers crossed
and wait.
