CSC I-140 Filed 05/09/2005, LUD 04/20/2006, Still pending

CSC I-140 Filed 05/09/2005, LUD 04/20/2006, Still pending (Approved 05/26/2006 !!!!)

Looks like people are getting their I-140 approved much faster than my case.

My I-140 was filed on 05/09/2005,
RFE requested on 09/22/2005,
USCIS received RFE reply on 12/02/2005,

04/11/2006, inquiry sent to CSC.
04/20/2006, LUD shown on my I-140 online status without any explaination or case status update.

05/12/2006, another inquiry sent to CSC.

Anyone here has similiar situation?

If you applid 140 sub on the copy of labour instead of original labour then that takes more time.

Actually, there is one other EB3 person waiting for concurrent 140 approval. Look at the master tracker in another thread called "concurrent filed..." for this case details.

Hi Iken,

Same boat as you. See signature still waiting for approval. My wife's EAD (second) was approved in 10 days. My EAD/AP still pending.

Did you see any LUD changes after the RFE responses you sent on 12/02/2005? Once you submitted the RFE the case status changes that they have recieved the RFE. Hope you had that. If CSC recieved the RFE did you see any LUD changes after first few days of RFE Reponse submittal? I think your 4/20 LUD change is because of the enquiry.

I-140 approved half year ago without notice!!!!!!!!

Finally after one year of waitting, I got the I-140 approval notice today.

CSC actually approved my case on Dec 6, 2005, 4 days after they received RFE.

But this approval decision was not entered into the computer database system untill 6 months later!

Here is my I-140 history:

05/09/2005: My I-140/I-485 were filed.
09/22/2005: RFE requested
12/02/2005: USCIS received RFE reply from my immigration lawyer.
12/06/2005: (The case was approved, but the status was not entered into the system anywhere !!!)
04/11/2006: First inquiry sent to CSC.
04/20/2006: LUD shown on my I-140 online status without any explaination or case status update.
05/12/2006: Second inquiry sent to CSC. Lawyer didn't hear anything back from the first inquiry.
05/19/2006: CSC-XII.140@dhs.gov replied:

"The file has been requested for review and appropriate action."

05/25/2006: CSC-XII.140@dhs.gov replied:

"Review of case files showed that the I-140 was approved on 12/06/2005 with
priority date of xx/xx/2001 (E32).
The files were forwarded to the appropriate unit and approval notice will
be ordered and send to the address on record.."

05/26/2006: LUD: "This case has been approved. On May 25, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. "

any body have idea about WAC0580054XXXseries aprooval.For me its submitted on Aug18,2005 and RFE on March 15,2006.Still no aprooval notice.LUD is 22April 2006.Its for EB3 schedule A(nurse) job.Now no idea what is happening.Tried to call USCIS but nobody is answering for long time.Anybody have direct number or e-mail id of USCIS
