Your CSC I-140 (EB-3) RD before 01/21/03, but still waiting???

CSC I-140 (EB-3) RD after August 2002 but before 01/21/03 (WAC-03-XXX-XXXXX) still waiting?

The BCIS published date says that they are currently processing cases with RD:01/21/03. Is that true? Many of us are waiting with a RD way before 01/21/03... No RFE, but still waiting. If you have case like that please post your info here. It will help other people like you to understand. While the just in time date released by BCIS is confusing.

Please only post info about: CSC I-140 (EB-3) RD before 01/21/03 cases (Approved/Pending/RFE). Thanks.

As of today... the online status says:
Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on December 5, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 158 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
 
I-140 filed on 13 Aug 2002 (wac-02-256-*****),. No RFE so far.
Online status still shows 158-60 day wait time.

RD: Jan 9th 2003. No RFE, still waiting.

the JIT is just a rough indicator. there are always exceptions.
