CSC confirmed that the adjudication of Adjustment of Status Applications has resumed. Additionally, applicants’ fingerprints, once they have cleared with the FBI, are valid for 15 months. Inquiries may be made with AILA if the fingerprints are expiring within 90 days.

only if i see some approvals this week then I know processing has begun on 485 cases or there is no freeze no processing.

If tell ( 90 days before FP expires AILA enquiry) that to my attorney, all he knows is to just scream and ignore me.

Are the fingerprints invalid 15 months after we give them? or 15 months after the FBI completes the checking? or 15 months after the INS receives them?
