Thought this would provide some info to others from CSC getting stamped at Newark.

Went to the main entrance (Entry A) at 970, Broad Street at 8.45 am and stood in line. PAssed thru the security check and found out that we should stand at the side entrance (Entry B) to collect a yellow pass that would give you entry to the 3rd floor. Stood in the line at 9.20 am and went in at 11.00 am after getting the yellow pass.

Went to the 3rd floor and stood in the line to get the token. Got the token at 12.15 pm and were called at 2.00 pm and all our documents were taken and were asked to wait. Someone was saying that they do a background check.

At around 3.00 They called our names and they stamped the passport. We had just moved from LA to NJ and we had sent the AR-11 promptly and informed of the change of address by calling the NSC customer service 1800 number. But the IIO told that while the address update has been done for me and my wife, it has not been done for my son. She said that she has initiated action to have that done and that we can expect our cards within 6-12 months.

By the time we got done, it was 3.20 pm. We then went to the SSA office, applied for SSN for my son and got our SSNs updated. By the time we were out, it was 4.30 PM.

It was a long day, didn't have proper food, but the process was smooth.

Based on my experince, I would suggest going very early in the morning will ensure that you are out by noon.

Hope this helps and all the best.

Congratulations!!!
