CSC Card Mailing Question AND San Antonio Stamping experience

I got an email on Aug 6th that an approval notice was mailed. I am planning to travel on Aug 19th on business. When can i reasonably receive my card ASSUMING by biometrics were all done and taken care of. Or do you think I will have to go for stamping?

Since I will be in San Antonio and then London and Sydney...can anybody post the stamping experience in San antonio TX? My application was approved in CA.

You may get it before you leave but it will be cutting it close. You should go for stamping.
