What is the CSC AVM number? What number do I have to use to check to see if my plastic card has been sent to me?

949-831-8427 : Press \'1\' and then \'1\'. Then punch in u\'r I-485 receipt # and you will know the present status of u\'r card. Hope this helps my friend ..
 
I did CP so I don\'t know what number to punch?

Is it the A# in the I-551 stamp or is it the I140 WAC number? Or is there some other number I should have?
