CSC approving May - Jun Cases now

VSC has slowed down a lot during last three months.

Did you see, They are having greate difficulty crossing into Apr 01 cases. I think they are going very strictly on a date by date basis, For example: Today is Jan 31st, 2002, So they are not approving any case that is after March 31, 2001.
