I have scanned the cases starting with WAC060075****, WAC060085****, WAC060095****. These cases have ND from Oct 11 to Oct 14.
Here is the statistic as of today.
WAC060075****
Received: 13
Approved: 162
RFE: 3
WAC060085****
Received: 136
Approved: 18
RFE: 1
WAC060095****
Received: 149
Approved: 2
Others: 2

There were massive update on Dec 6,7,8 for approval. After that only several cases were approved on Dec 9, Dec 13, Dec 14. It seems to me that CSC is on Christmas Holiday.
These data may not be accurate because I saw someone posted that he received AP but the online status had never been changed.

I don't know whether INS receives around 150 AP cases everyday, or just had a peak at the end of Sep because the cut off date.

I am going to have a travel at the end of Jan, also very anxiously waiting. I should have applied earily. Who can predicate CSC is suddenly slow in processing AP?

My AP case number starts with MSC06007***, RD is 12th Oct, still haven't received anything. Case status was last updated Oct 27th online.

Do you know is renewal AP gets approved faster than first time applicants? I was a first time applicant. Thanks.

Not sure about the difference between renewal and first time applicant. But different service center has different processing time.

New processing date

Now new processing date is out and CSC is processing AP with ND Oct 17. Has anyone received AP approval from CSC? Could you share your information? Thanks

Hi, Eric
I am in the same boat with you.
My AP2 RD is Oct 6, ND is Oct 14. (CSC)
I am still waiting.
Good to know this. Please share with us when your case is approved. I need AP for a trip in Jan, so am anxiously waiting.

Hey there - my husband e-filed his I-131 and had a receipt date of October 3 - with a confirmation number of WAC0680000***

No word yet - so we're about to cancel our plans to fly home for Christmas. Total bummer.

Too bad to hear this. Can you confirm your number? I think it should be WAC060085****. Thanks.

Received the AP in mail box.

However, the online status hasn't been changed. It was actually approved on Dec 8 and sent out on Dec 19.
Nora&Simon:
You may get yours today or tomorrow.

hey there - you really think we might see an update online today or tomorrow? we're supposed to fly out tonight, and need to cancel our flights by 8:30 pm or so if we're not going. i'm kicking myself for not filing for the renewal in July or so.

l can confirm the number again - it's definitely WAC0680000*** With an NOA of October 3. We E-filed, and sent the evidence to the California Service Center - because that's where his I-485 is now pending. (Actually - I had been thinking this could be the source of our problem. One of the operators I spoke to says I should've sent the evidence to the National Benefits Center - not to the place where his I-485 is pending. I was thinking that's perhaps why ours is delayed. She assured me, though, that this would be a simple matter of the CSC forwarding it on to the appropriate place. Yeah right.)

Duh

didn't read your e-mail correctly. so you're saying we could get it in the mail today or tomorrow, but it won't be updated online. thanks for sharing your experience with us.

hope ours arrives today! it's too big of a risk to take to leave the country without having it in hand, but we'll feel like shooting ourselves if it comes in the mail the day after we cancel our flights!

:(

It seems to me that your husband's 485 is a family based GC application. That's why you may have to send the Advance Parole application to National Benefit Center. If this is true, I am not sure you will receive your AP today. At the beginning, I though your case number is WAC060085****, which has one day earlier Notice Date than mine, so I guessed you would receive it in serveral days.

Argh. It's all so frustrating. I try so hard to read every instruction carefully - but I think I mistakenly read the instructions on the printed form regarding where to mail things rather than the specific instructions on the web - which are of course more current.

My husband entered on a K-1 in August 2004 and we applied to adjust his status by filing the I-485 in September 2004. We live in New York, but received an NOA in September 2005 stating that our case had been moved to the California Service Center. Odd.

In any event, I guess ours will be delayed. : (

Thanks again for sharing your experience and posting the information on CSC processing timelines. Pretty cool that you were able to scan so many cases. I tried that once - but they locked me out because they said my IP address wasn't authorized to view so many cases!

I remember I read a news somewhere about some familiy based immigration petitions were transfered from local office to CSC. I think your case may be one of them.
I used a tool someone posted here to scan the case status. It allows you to specify proxy, so you can scan more than the 200 limit each IP can search everyday. However, it still took a long time to gather those status, and because CSC is not updating online status, the result made me more worried.

eric1977,
I filed for AP at the Chicago Lockbox along with I-485 etc. ND was Oct 12th. My case is currently at the National Benefits Center in Missouri. Do you know why it's in Missouri and do you know what the case status for Missouri cases is? My receipt number is MSC060071****. Thanks for the help and advice, we've had to cancel our Christmas plans as well.
