Please give your views for my following worries:
1.Which deptt. should I address my application of Aadvance payrole : INS or BCIS or DHS
2. To which dept. should i make my check payable to : INS or BCIS or DHS.
3. In case i need to mention BCIS or DHS then the mailing address is still same as old CSC-INS or it has been changed?
Please advise.
