CSC 539 Approval for B2 Extension

Hello,
Did any recently got approval for I-539 for extension of B2 visa
from CSC California ? What date is CSC processing now ?

How many days before the expiry of I-94 should I file for
B2 extension ?

I applied for extension on Apr 07th at CSC for my parents and still waiting for them to process it. The receipt says it takes abt 90-120 for this type of application to be processed. I applied 6 weeks before the I-94 expiry date.

question regarding B2 visa extension

Hi Karthik,
Thanks for your reply. I think I will apply six weeks before the expiry
of my mother's I-94. I still got one month left to reach six weeks
timeframe.

My mother got 10 year multiple entry visa. If she applies for extension
and then I-94 expires and the extension got denied, does her 10 year
multiple entry visa gets void ? Do you know anything about this ?
I called INS 800 number and also went to San Jose local INS office
and the officer told me that 10 year multiple entry B2 visa will not
be void. Let me know if you know anything about this.
