I spoke with an IIO to check the status of my 11/99 ND EB3 India case. She told me that CSC is processing oct/99 cases for EB3 india and nov/2000 cases for EB2. I told her that JIT report says december 2000. She told it is only for EB2. For EB3, there is a big backlog with lot of 99 cases.JIT report shows the processing for EB2 category and EB3 for other countries. For india, there are lot of 98/99 ND cases are pending because of the big movement in PD in last 4 months and they are cleaning up old the 99 cases and asked to me wait for a month. There seems to be different processing times based on the country and category which is different from JIT report.
This definitely good news for all the 99/nd cases. Hopefully CSC follows this method of cleaning up the old cases especially for EB3.
