Critical: Please help!!! DS 156 & 157

I am going to India tomorrow and to the Chennai Consulate on 17th for revalidating H1. I dont remember if i filled all the details fully and correctly on the DS-156 & 157 while booking my appointment (e.g mistakenly put my own numbers when they asked for U.S contact information). In was a hurry to get my appointment. Can I change the details. Or can I take a fresh DS-156-157 when i go for my appointment. What are the repurcussions. Please advise

You don't need to fill out a DS-156/7 while booking the appointment, you can always fill in a new DS-156/7 before you appear for the interview.

But one thing you certainly need to do is not to post with such big fonts.
