Hi all. I applied for an L1 A visa extension 2 months back, within time limit of its expiration date.
At this time, my I-94 and visa are expired; however, since I am still waiting for a reply, can I file for I-140 / 485 as long as I am waiting? Does anybody know of similar cases which have been accepted?
Also, can I file concurrently or will retrogession effect my case (I am from India)?
