critical EAD ISSUE

My EAD will expire next week. But I haven't received my EAD renewal receipt yet (I sent out renew package on 11/20, because the sloppy attorney screwed my EAD up, as seen in my other posts).

My question is: My H-1 will expire next March, same employer for almost 4 years. But I went aboard in mid-Oct, and came back using Advance Parole. Is it true that my H-1 automatically expired at the time of my reentry into the US? Does that mean I am working on EAD now? THUS I CAN'T WORK DURING THE 2 MONTHS WHILE WAITING FOR MY EAD RENEWAL OR GREEN CARD?
Can I just keep working without letting my boss know?

ANY ADVICE IS APPRECIATED.
 
Working without EAD is a very dangerous thing to do but the good news is I dont think your H1 gets revoked just for entering in AP - you need to work on EAD to do that.

check with reliable source, i think, u revoke ur h1 if u use AP, but not sure why u used AP if ur H1 was still valid then.
