Criteria to file in Local District Office

Hi guys!,
Just wondering what is the criteria for a case to be moved to local district office? Does Laguna Nguel office in California assign all the cases to respective local offices based on the residency location or office location?

Does every case be moved to the local offices ?? or only some special cases are moved. If yes? what is the criteria ?

Try this-
Attempt to get a infopass using your mailing address ZIPCODE. If your case is transferred, it will be to that office.
If your case has been transferred to LA office, please visit the thread created for that. Lets share our experience...
