Hi All,
My company is planning to apply for an L1A for me. I have some questions regarding the same.
1) I am in the managerial capacity, so one criteria is fulfilled. I have also worked for 1 continuous year at the foreign branch out of the last 3 years. But how do you convince USCIS that my presence is absolutely required at the US office, and hence granting me the visa? What kind of proof would be required for the same?
2) Is it generally more difficult to apply in the L1A category than an L1B(individual) category?
3) Is some kind of higher level educational requirement a must for L1A or does accumulated experience, postion at comapany and expertise satisfy the USCIS?
Thanks in advance and hoping for a reply soon!
