arrested, charged but case dismissed, is this still a problem for asylees?
I know that those legal immigrant who are convicted of crime maybe
deportable and their GC or citizenship being denied by immigration officer.
What about asylees who were charged with crime but not convicted?
what about being arrested, charged but case dismissed in court?
Will those immigrant or asylees get their GC denied or put in deportation?
Many say, if arrested but no conviction is like no criminal history and nothing to worry about.
Is there to worry about?
My freind has 2 arrest records and both are misdeminor but both charges were dismissed in court and he is an asylee waiting for GC to arrive,
Is there somehting he should worry about?
Will he face problem at airport if he arrives after traveling internationally?
