Ok about 9 years ago i was caught shoplifting. The result of being an uneducated dumb brat. The officer being a nice gentleman saw i was a good kid and decided to let me go with a Tresspassing ticket only. So no arrest/charge/conviction. The problem lies here.. I feel i must disclose this information to the consulate. SO since i technically did commit a crime of moral turpitude. Does this make me inadmissible even though i wasn't arrested/charged for it?
