My Labor Has Been Processed Under Eb3

Since I Have Beacher Degree + 6 Years Experience

Can I File I-140 Andi-485 Under Eb2 Instead Of Eb3

Please Help

Since I Am An Accountant So My Attroney Told Accountant Are Not Qualified For Eb2 At All

I don't think that accountant would not qualify for EB2. Sounds strange... I can see the problem proving that Accountant need an advance degree. But on the other hand, some companies require you to have CPA and few years of experience.
You will need a new PERM (Labor) filed under the EB2 category. You cannot use EB3 labor and request I-140 to be approved under EB2.
Also, you will need 5 years of experience which was acquired after you have recieved the bachelor degree.
Just an opinion...
