Credit history

I came to india 2 years ago and had some bills unresolved.(not very huge some $100-$150)And I couldn't finish this issue from here.So Is credit history important for the interview?

from what i understand, credit history plays a role but how big a role is something i am not aware off. What i mean by this is if there is credit fraud then it is a cause for concern. But in your case where payment of a couple hundred $$ is not made is equal to default on payment. Something minor and should not affect GC decision. If possible pay off those bills asap before they come back haunting.

If you wish you can run a credit check and may wish to carry a credit report. Not required but many folks do it.
