I have a query and will be glad if people can pitch in their views

I am applying for EB-1 OR and wanted to know about credential evaluations. I have four degrees (PhD and MS from US and another MS and BS from India). I know I dont need evaluations for the US degrees, do I bother to get the evaluations for the other two from India (degrees are in English).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would add all

... to the application. It's not going to hurt, even though it might not help either. It's in your CV, then you should prove it anyway.
And it will give them an idea how much, and how long, experienced person you are.

I have my credential evaluations done in April 2005 (for my H1B). I wonder whether I can reuse the same one to apply my green card now? Or I need to do a more updated one?

Thanks!

Your degree remains the same and it does not matter who and when credential evaluation was done. I used mine from my H1 and it went through
