Credential based RFE

I have received the RFE for I-140
Details of the RFE is

It says advisory evaluation of the alien's credentials must be obatined before a decision can be made.

An acceptable evaluation will be
1) Consider formal education only, not practical training experience;
2) State if the collegiate training was post secondary education;
3)Provide detail explanation of the material evaluated, rather than simple conclusive statement.
4)Briefly state the qualifications and experience of the evaluator providing the opinion.


Can someone please throw light on this kind of RFE.
What are the chances of getting approval.
I have done B.E. in Electronics( 4 year course )

I believe it is not that much critical RFE. Try to get new Evaluation for this case from popular Evaluation center.

An acceptable evaluation will be
1) Consider formal education only, not practical training experience;

**********Try to get focus on only year of education in post secondary


2) State if the collegiate training was post secondary education;

*********Ask evaluator to Specify if it is Post secondary Education


3)Provide detail explanation of the material evaluated, rather than simple conclusive statement.

**********Specify which documents are evaluated. Try to mention every key document.


4)Briefly state the qualifications and experience of the evaluator providing the opinion.


**********Usually Evaluators state their qualifications at bottom of explanation. Try to make sure

--when you do your educational evaluation ask for the detailed report from the evaluator this might cast few dollors more but worth it.
