crazy RFE for AP renewal

So I got my RFE for AP renewal and sample this my friends

INS wants a proof of my 140 approval as evidence, can u beileve it that they are asking for 140 approval as evidence when I am applying for a AP renewal, beats me completely. Can't someone just introspect at INS that I have filed the 485 after my 140 approval!

For my spouse they want a marriage certificate as evidence!!

So all u folks applying for a AP renewal, please file your marriage certificate and 140 approval too to avoid an RFE and throw in a birth certificate as a bonus and maybe your photograph as a freebee!!!!!!!!! and your wedding invitation as the cover letter!

I am lost, but hey let's look at the bright side as Silly Man says! and in my case the bright side is that my file has come off the dusty old cabinet and now sitting in a new shelf hopefully next to the california sun! and shaking away its deep slumber ..awwwwww

It is not that crazy...

Now a days since you can file AP / EAD / 485 along with 140...but you can get adjucated on the first 3 only after I-140 approval..so INS has started to issue a blanket check for APs..show us the I-140 approval and then we will go from there...the 'sophisticated' line of thought..that if this guy has an AP already it means he got to have an approved 140 in the first place does not reside at the INS.
