CR1 Visa Question

I need advice if anyone has been through this. Me and my ex husband have been separated since June of 2024. I met my current spouse September of 2024 and got together October of 2024 while my divorce was in the process. I have visited my current spouse at his home country this year after my divorce papers got finalized (January 2025). I married my current spouse May of 2025.

Timeline:
• June 2024: Separated from previous spouse with mutual agreement
• September 2024: Talking stage
• October 2024: BF/GF (we just hit it off)
• January 2025: Mg divorce paper work got finalized
• April 2025: Visited BF
• May 2025: Got married

I just now realize the closeness of how the event unfolded and am worried with the visa petition that I would like to do possibly next year. I am a naturalized US citizen. How difficult is this going to be when applying for the CR1/IR1 visa? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Did you get your green card through the spouse you divorced? If so, various timelines related to that may matter more than the apparent whirlwind romance you have here (which yes will likely also invite scrutiny).
