CR without PPS, don't we need to surrender AP/EAD/I-94 ?

I tought that during the PP stamping appointment, one is supposed to surrender his AP, EAD, and I-94. Is that correct ?

Then, what happens if the plastic card is received before/without PP stamping (as it seems to happen often these days) ?

1. do we still need to have an infopass apointment for PP stamping and surrendering AP,EAD, and I-94 ?

2. Should we surrender AP, EAD, I-94 ? if so, how ?
