Hi All,
Hope all are doing good.
I am an Indian male working in uk married to a American women 5 yrs elder to me (Indian born) in a Caribbean country. We have been lived together for only 4 days after marriage. Now am back to uk and she is in USA. She is planning to apply for Cr-1 visa to get me there to USA. I have few questions need to be clarified.

* Assume I-130 is a first step and we can get all details from guide, what are the additional evidences needed apart from marriage certificate, considering the fact that we are living separately.
* Can I attend my visa interview in UK although hold indian passport.
* My parents not happy with marriage will not get any support from them will it be an issue during any stage?
* I have two visa rejections before (h1b - 221g blue form, embassy required additional document but my employer couldn't submit, tourist visa when applied from uk before i fly to carribbean to get marry. does it have any implications on my petition? if yes, how can i prepare for it?
* Any other advise you guys would suggest me? She well settled over there, so not ready to move permanently to uk or india.

Thanks in Advance

When you file for the CR1 visa they don't expect you to have a history of living together, but they expect evidence of the relationship such as airline tickets and pictures showing that you've spent some time together, and phone bills showing you calling each other regularly. I hope you took pictures when you were in the Caribbean.

You can attend the interview in the UK if you are living in the UK legally.

Parents won't come into the picture.

Your two visa rejections won't prevent you from obtaining the green card, unless they were based on something that made you inadmissible for a green card, like immigration fraud or a criminal record.

thanks for the reply.
Myself and my wife got married in Caribbean.
We have taken pictures of civil marriage , sightseeing in Caribbean . Also have Hotel receipt showing we stayed for 5 days. We have been calling, mailing quite regularly and have records. But i think we will have bit tough time to prove our bonafide since we got married at our first meet. We met through indian matrimonial website and spoke each other see each other in yahoo messenger(but no records that we see video) and decided to get marry without meet in person. any suggestion how can we prove our bonafide marriage.
