Hello All,
I graduated in 2002 Dec, but OPT started in Aug 2002. From Jan 2003, I worked on my OPT in my University for 7 months.
Then I started my PhD in Aug 2003, but later decided to do second Masters in Comp Eng. in different university in Aug 2004.
I found a good opportunity in May 2005 in a Big Company, so I started working on my CPT with approval of my Advisor and later on H1 from October 1st 2005.
Now I would like to go to India but not sure when I will get a chance to take a long vacation. So I want to go to Canada and quickly come back with Visa Stamped.
Do you think going from CPT to H1B will cause any issue?
Please respond at your earliest as I have booked my Visa Stamping in the last week of February.
