I am a recently graduated Masters student, and am currently working on OPT. From January though, I shall be joining another university as a PhD student, cancelling my OPT, and switching back to normal F1.
My question is regarding CPT eligibility for Summer 2008. Will I be eligible even though I would not have completed one year of fulltime studies in THAT particular university, but have been a fulltime F1 student for 3 years?
