I'm filing my N400 and have the following question.........

We had a visit by child protective services when my son was 18months old becuase of some issues with our pediatrician. The guy who came over asked us a few questions and then said everything was ok and said the complaint is now dismissed.
Is this something that warrants a "Yes" response under the "good moral character" section on my N400?
thanks

No I didn't; but I did manage to get a copy of complaint from the cps dept (just in case).....
thanks for the reply

CPS is not a police agency, so no need to bother disclosing this issue. Were you sleeping in the same bed with your baby? I hear people are prohibited from sleeping on the same bed with their small babies for fear that someone might crush it by mistake, especially people who wake up at night and eat the whole chicken and go back to bed, without knowing that they terrorize the rotassarie chicken at night.....

We know a pediatrician who refuses to consult with families which share the same bed with their newborn, and if she suspect a parent isn't forthright, she might call CPS. We sleep with our son since he was a couple of days old, and he's now a strong young man aged 10 months. We are already tutoring him on reading and writing with food, so he can have an early start in life. However, we have a large bed, 4 couples can sleep comfortably on our bed, so our son has large room to roam... Unless it's rodeo night, he's always with us on the bed...:):)
