My I140 was filed in Feb, and my 6th year H1 is expiring this September. My I140 was filed with AOS request, but I am considering changing to CP. But my worry is my 6 year H1 expiry which is coming up soon. Since my 7th year extension will take a long time to get approved, should I keep away from changing over to CP. I am not sure of whether any one who is waiting for 7 th year extension actually had a problem with CP? Experts any thoughts would be of immense help.
