CP vs AOS Eb2

I have an EB2 ROW Labor, will I get green card faster if I do AOS or CP?

I would go for CP, only if my PD remains current for at leat 6 months down the line and my current job is secured. Please note that for CP, AC21 portability, EAD and AP are not available.
