CP under EB3 ( E3)

Hello ,

My Labour just got approved under EB3 , I am planning to go for CP at Mumbai after my I140 approval

Question : I have heard CP is diificult if Labour was filed under EB3 (E3) also I am Diploma holder with lots of computer related certificates & 12+ years Experince ..

Advice please !!!

{What you heard is not true. The process between the
categories might differ but there are no preferences shown
for a particular category}

I agree with Raju. EB3 or diploma have no effect on your CP interview. Your labor is approved, so donot worry.
Mine was also EB3, I have BSEE, and no problem.
