CP to AOS

Hi there,
I am a chemical engineer. I have applied for I140 (outstanding researcher) and requested CP on the I140 form. I was wondering if there is a way I could change the CP to AOS (so I can do 485).

I realize that I need I140 approval first. Assuming that I get it, how do I change the CP to AOS. Thanks

Just go ahead and apply for I-485. No other steps are required to convert a CP case to AOS case.
