CP to AOS

Hi there,
I am a chemical engineer. I have applied for I140 (outstanding researcher) and requested CP on the I140 form. I was wondering if there is a way I could change the CP to AOS (so I can do 485).

I realize that I need I140 approval first. Assuming that I get it, how do I change the CP to AOS. Thanks

Even if you have requested CP on I-140 it does not matter. Do not have to wait for I-140 approval. You can apply I-485 immediately. You need to enclose I-140 receipt notice along with regular I-485 documents.
