Dear Distinguished members of this Forum:
I would appreciate your time & kind opinion about:
1) How much delay in processing time I should expect from switching from CP to AOS-VSC ?
2) Does the VSC-INS request the return of my case file from NVC:
a) Upon initial receipt of request for AOS,
(i.e in December 2001 in my case).
b) or in the Final stages of AOS processing,
(i.e. within next 1-3 months at current rate of processing.).
I deeply appreciate your advice and I wish everybody in this Forum that you hear your long awaited good news hopefully soon.
