CP Question

this week my Labour was cleared. I am planning to go CP Chennai counsulate. I came US 1997 with F1 Visa but i didn't completed my masters(MS).since 1999 march i am in H1 visa . I am working since march1999. i didn't completed my F1 is there any problem for going CP. Please answer somebody and i want apply I-140.
 
Not an issue. If it was going to be a concern at any time , it would have come up when you changed status from F-1 to H-1B, which I assume you did without any problem. People do this all the time.
