Is it possible for a Canadian resident (Indian citizen) to go for CP in Canada while working in U.S. on H-1B ?

Or

He or She has to go to India for CP?

It is possible. A friend of mine(Indian) who is a permanent resident of Canada has opted for Montreal as his Consulate post and he would be going there for his IV interview.
