CP Query

Hi Gurus,
I had my I140 approved with CP option and my case was entered in NVC on May5th and today i got a message saying and Information Sheet with Adjustment of Status has been mailed to you. Could someone tell me what this means,

This is a common enough occurance these days.

The NVC wants to make sure that you want to take the CP route.
When your attorney gets this paper, send it back with the appropriate response.

They are just asking you the question once again, that't all!
