CP process

I got my I-140 approved yesterday... just wanted to know the next steps for CP.

Specifically I wanted to know the following...
1. My wife in on H-4 and I am on H-1. We don't have our names endorsed on each others passports. Is that a requirement?
2. My wife doesn't have a birth certificate... But she has other documents like school certificate that shows birth date. Would that suffice?
3. Any other documents?

{We have read in several posts that endorsing of spouses'
names in passports is a requirement.

How you do this depends on your nationality }

{She needs to produce a birth certificate OR a Birth non-availability certificate + 2 affidavits from parents or close relatives
confirming the facts about your birth}

3. Any other documents?

{I have not said anything new above. With a little effort you
would have found answers to all your questions.

Before anything else, make sure your option was consular processing in the I-140 stage. If not then there is a whole
additional process you have to go through.
