CP or AOS choice ?

I need to decide whether to apply for I485 AOS or CP ? What are the time lines these days ? How long does it take to get CP interview scheduled ?

You have not made it clear, at what stage you are and the
consulate you belong to.

If you have to make this decision before you file your I-140
then you need to weigh in the time it takes for I-140 approval.

A ball park figure for 485 process from the day of filing the I-140
would be 2 years.

For CP: 6 to 12 months for I-140 + 6 to 7 months for the cp
process itself.
