changing to '.....the case has been forwarded to New Delhi
consulate .....'. At present your review has been completed
and it it ready to go to the consulate }

{It depends on the case load at the New Delhi consulate.
Depending on how long it takes for the NVC to actually
forward and the consulate to receive and enter in the
system, your inteview may or may not happen in Jan.
But February is more likely.}
When should I call New delhi consulate to confirm my date
{They will not be able to confirm till Middle of Dec. for
Jan cases, and middle of Jan. for Feb cases.
In the meanwhile you can, by sending an email know
whether the case has reached the consulate. But you
need to give some time for the file to reach them and
get entered in the system}
