My CP is scheduled for July 15,2003.
Can Somebody guide me on
1. Where to get medicals done?
2. Hotel
3. Pictures(my own studio, i heard does a good job) how much time and money does he take?
4. Necessary supporting papers for myself, spouse and kid
Also any help on the following matter would be appreciated,
I am currently in the USA on a H1-B visa. My pregnant wife is on H4 visa. Currently I have my H1-B petition approval upto September 2004, but I do not have a visa stamped in my passport to that effect. But I do have my I-94 valid upto september 2004. The current visa stamp was valid upto september 2001.
Consequently my wife also has a H-4 visa stamp valid upto september 2001. Now owing to the situation that she is pregnant, she would be able to attend the interview only after she delivers our baby after september 2003.
I understand that my H1 would be considered invalid after successful completion of the immigration interview.
My concern is what would be her legal status after I successfully complete my immigration interview.
Would she be able to travel to India without any legal problems at the airport?
I would really appreciate your valuable insights in this matter.
