My PD is now current with Aug bulletin. I am a CP case. Last year NVC had sent us a request to send the documents which we did but there were some missing information. Before we could resubmit, the dates became unavailable due to the fiasco with the July bulletin and hence they wouldnt accept any cases. Hence this year my lawyers want to resubmit the documents using the bar code/envelope from last year since now my date is once again current without waiting for NVC to send the request for the documents all over again. They are concerned if we wait for their request the dates could once again retrogress and NVC could stop accepting the docs once again and we may lose this window of opportunity. I am not sure which way to proceed anymore, can anyone suggest? Is there a risk using last yrs envelope and bar code or when they scan the envelope there might be an issue and they will return all the docs
