CP interview Scheduling

Folks,

My case is with the NVC for the 6th week now and whatever assumptions I made wrt CP interview date has been proven wrong!

I am just thinking if I should try to make a request by writing to the Consulate for an early scheduling of CP interview since writing to NVC has proven useless. Any experiences writing to the Consulate and will that even be a good idea at all ??? Maybe writing to NVC back-fired for me and I do not want to spoil my case at the consulate too...though my case is very genuine. And do they entertain such requests at all ?

Well I have one personal experience to share. As I have seen in another post that there was some name problem with your case. I had some date of birth problem and it took NVC about 4+ weeks to rectify that.
I assume that the same is happening with you. As per my talks with NVC operator several times they say that they keep the case on hold till this type of errors are resolved. I would suggest you to check with NVC operators to find out if the name problem is resolved. If that is resolved then I suppose that your P3 will be clearing from NVC anytime.

NVC wouldn't tell me anything! I've spoken to them a few times now, all different people but they don't volunteer information.

Acually there are no name problems in my case.
