CP interview in Germany: medical appointment question

I just received my invitation for the CP interview at the US consulate in Germany. On the letter it says that my visa apppointment at the consulate is November 18 at 07:30 and the medical appointment is November 18 at 00:00. Does it really mean that I have to show up at the doctor's office at midnight or that I am supposed to have been at the particular doctor before the visa appointment at the consulate?

The medical appointment date in the consulate-interview letter does not mean anything.

You need to schedule your medical appointment by calling the hospital/doctor who is approved by the Consulate and you need to get your medicals done BEFORE your interview.You need to take the medical report from the doctor when you go for your interview at the consulate.
