CP interview after sumitting Packet 3

From NVC automated message, I hear that my case was completed on May 3rd. Does it mean that review of my file is complete and the case is forwarded to Consulate? If so, when can I expect the interview?
Here after, should I call/email the consulate in India for checking up the status (OR) continue to check the NVC message system?

NVC won't update any further. Now you will have to check with your consulate after 10ish days. And prob. 2-3 mos. after that.

You will hear one more message from you when the file is
forwarded to the consulate. The message will say '....the
file was forwarded to ........consulate on .......'.

Thereafter the NVC is no longer responsible for your case.

Once you hear this message give wait for about 15 days and
contact the consulate by email of phone to know the status.

Sorry!

I read review of my file is complete and the case is forwarded to Consulate was the message at NVC. So disregard my answer.
